Keren is truly one of a kind! After 17 years in our family home, we decided it was time for a "quick" move. Well the quick move proved to be more challenging than we originally thought. After an initial first (and failed) attempt at the market, a mutual friend introduced us to Keren. Right from the start we knew we made the right choice in moving our property over to Keren. She went WAY above and beyond. She was incredibly creative and wickedly bright. Not to mention, she was compassionate and understanding of our predicament. Keren turned what started off as an uphill battle into a dream come true. She re-listed our home and had multiple competitive offers. We are forever grateful to Keren and will sing her praises to anyone looking for a realtor in this market.

Keren is by far the best realtor in Northern Virginia. She was very patient with us when we were deciding back and forth on if we were going to stay in state or move and continued to help us while we were being so indecisive. She ended up finding us the perfect home and fought hard for us to get this home! I would recommend her over and over again and do so anytime someone is needing a local realtor. Her professionalism is top notch and she goes above and beyond for everyone she works with. 100% recommend!!!

Keren is the BEST! She listens to what your needs are, and is diligent about finding options for you to meet those needs - even options you never thought of before! She does not pressure you at all - she wants what you want, and helps you get it. Keren has the best referrals for contractors and tradesmen - whom have all been honest, skilled, local, and consummate professionals. I don’t want to work with anyone else.

Keren found our dream home for us *THEN* she sold our house. I didn't even think that was possible to do in this market, but she managed to do it. From the beginning to the end she made the entire process effortless on our part. I cannot recommend her enough. The level of service she provided (and continues to provide) is completely unmatched.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Keren! She helped us in both finding our new home as well as selling our existing home. She has a very calm approach but at the same time was very prompt in responding to all our needs. It is a pleasure to have Keren as my Agent! She assisted me with acquiring the rental of a second home in Loudoun County during the crux of the pandemic summer of 2020. I have worked with many real estate brokers and various agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can confidently say that Karen is the best agent/ broker I have ever used. She is highly responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. She followed up many times to strategize the best route to get into a place quickly and efficiently. She treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. I consider myself a difficult client to have with but through her ability to keep a calming and reassuring presence. As mentioned above, she represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. Keren is brilliant and negotiating; locating can sometimes become very difficult in today's housing market. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Karen represent me. Keren is very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our home rental/sale process turned out to become complicated for reasons out of anyone's control, but Keren was there to help in every way. She was always on top of everything, going above and beyond ( even in ways that were probably inconvenient for her) to get us the best result possible. Her knowledge of what was happening in the market, contacts with colleagues, etc. were invaluable. We are immensely grateful for all of her help and don't know what we would have done without her assistance.

Our experience with Keren was wonderful. She helped us every step of the way from preparing our home for showing, estimating what to list the home at, actually showing home to potential buyers, and keeping us informed of the interest and feedback during the showing process. And once we received offers, she was very helpful to us in the decision making process. It is hard to find the right words to fully express the sincere sentiment and gratitude we feel regarding the amazing service and results we received from Keren’s tireless dedication to selling our first home. (I’ve literally made 3 attempts so far, but did not feel the words did it justice.) From the very start, we knew our end goal but were missing many pieces in between to get the ball rolling. To say the “home selling experience” sounded overwhelming would be an understatement. My husband and I both work full time, over 40 hour work weeks, chasing after 2 little guys and juggling all the “extracurricular in betweens.” Our desire to sell continued to be put on the back burner endlessly, as we managed the day to day. But a simple phone conversation with Keren changed all that. She had all the answers and missing links we lacked and the resources and connections to make our distant goal a not-so-distant reality. Within days, we had the best value contractors accomplishing the odd jobs we just didn’t have time to do ourselves—done with amazing craftsmanship to boot. Random trim was replaced, power washing done, paint jobs, door replaced, dry wall work, etc. She even spotted random light bulbs, knobs, etc and replaced them before we knew they were out. You name it, Keren got it done. Within a week, our house was on the market, with immediate high interest response, thanks to the efforts of many, orchestrated by Keren. Within days, even over Christmas, we received our first offer, had countless showings scheduled, which quickly resulted in the acceptance of a highly favorable offer, at asking price. It was as seemless as one could imagine. It is easy to see how selling a home can be an extremely stressful experience for many. We feel incredibly blessed and thankful to have had this stress alleviated for us. (And the relief we felt by finally fulfilling a long term, huge goal and hurdle for us was unspeakable.)
